Job Description and Responsibilities
As a Banking Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering TD’s brand promise at the store location. This role involves accurately completing everyday banking transactions and providing advice and educational support on services, products, and tools to help customers achieve their financial goals. Your role will also involve processing customer transactions, opening new accounts, and educating customers on all banking products and services.
You will also be required to understand the customer’s financial needs to identify opportunities to promote and educate on products and services. In addition, you will be responsible for managing wait times, scheduling client meetings, and serving as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, among other duties.
Experience and Skills Required
Successful candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, and at least one-year experience working with customers. This can be demonstrated through volunteering, education, or military experience. A background in customer service is preferred, as is teller experience. Candidates should also possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, effective problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and within deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and a notary license is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role ranges between $23.75 – $31.00 USD per hour, and the base pay offered may vary based upon the candidate’s skills, experience, job-related knowledge, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
