Basic and Preferred Qualifications for the Role
Applicants for this position are expected to have at least three years of experience in product management. Additionally, they should either have, or be in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field, such as Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. An MBA with a quantitative concentration is also acceptable.
Preferred qualifications for this role include experience in translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
Compensation and Benefits
Capital One offers competitive full-time annual salaries for this role, ranging from $149,800 to $188,100, depending on the location.
