Role and Responsibilities
The Banking Associate is a vital role in the bank’s operations, responsible for delivering TD’s Brand promise at a store location. This role involves accurately completing everyday banking transactions and providing advice and educational support on services, products, and tools to help Customers achieve their financial goals. Candidates will perform a wide range of tasks across multiple areas within a Store location, including processing customer transactions, opening new accounts, and educating customers on all banking products and services. The Banking Associate will also have the opportunity to build trust with customers through educational content & tools, provide consultative support, and advocate with proactive insights & recommendations.
Education & Experience:
The ideal candidate for the Banking Associate role has a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of customer service experience. This experience can be demonstrated through various avenues, including volunteering, education, or military service. Teller experience is preferred, and applicants will be required to complete Teller training and part of the platform training after being hired.
