Under general supervision, Northern Trust’s teams are responsible for coordinating account administration for Banking clients. They are also tasked with responding to client inquiries, producing reports, overseeing transaction processing, and assisting Private Bankers in business development.
Major Duties at Northern Trust
The Northern Trust team performs a wide variety of tasks, ensuring that complex client inquiries for banking products and services are promptly addressed. They assist with creating and implementing complex banking solutions, coordinate with the CSST servicing team, and resolve all types of operational or processing issues.
Among the duties of the Northern Trust team is to act as initial contact for complex client inquiries for banking products and services, assist bankers with internal administration of accounts, business development, and client presentations. They are also responsible for coordinating with the CSST team on deposit-related transaction processing, overseeing the development of appropriate action plans for client servicing, and acting as a resource for the relationship servicing team for highly complex WM relationships.
Knowledge and Experience Requirements

They are expected to have analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Moreover, they are required to have over 5+ years’ experience, or equivalent, in financial servicing/accounting fields with a client servicing background.
