Compensation and Work Hours

The bank offers a competitive pay rate of $22.00 – $27.75 per hour for a 40-hour work week. The final base pay offered may vary based on your skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and geographic location. Job Description and Responsibilities

As a Banking Associate, you will play a key role in delivering TD’s Brand promise at a store location. Your responsibilities will include processing customer transactions, opening new accounts, and educating customers on all banking products and services.

You will be responsible for building trust with educational content & tools, providing consultative support, and advocating with proactive insights & recommendations. The role requires you to understand customer financial needs and identify opportunities to promote and educate on products and services. You will also be required to manage wait times, engage in lobby leadership, and represent the first point of contact for customer inquiries.

Education & Experience Requirements

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, and a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is preferred. Teller experience is also preferred, but not a must. Applicants should have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. A Notary License is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements

The job involves performing multiple tasks and operating standard office equipment. You will be required to respond quickly to sounds, sit, stand, walk and occasionally lift or carry items under 25 lbs. The job may also require occasional domestic travel.
