Role and Responsibilities
The Banking Associate plays a key role in delivering TD’s brand promise at the Worcester store location. The professional in this role is responsible for processing everyday banking transactions, providing advice on services and products, and supporting customers in their financial journey. Key Accountabilities Include:
- Performing a wide range of tasks across multiple areas within a Store location
- Delivering end-to-end advice customers expect
- Engaging with Customers to acquire and deepen relationships
- Identifying opportunities to promote and educate on products and services
- Completing everyday banking transactions accurately
- Servicing the customer with opening/closing personal deposit accounts, everyday bank transactions, and more

Education and Experience
The ideal candidate for this role should have a high school diploma or GED, and at least one year of experience working with customers. Demonstrated customer service skills, strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are preferred. Teller experience and a Notary License are a plus. The candidate should also be ready to work during operating hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements
The job requires frequent sitting, standing, and walking, with occasional lifting/carrying of items under 25 lbs. The role may also require domestic travel.
