The Managing Consultant of Regionals, USFI, at Mastercard Services, is a critical role responsible for leading sales to existing customers and prospects. The primary focus is to expand Mastercard Services’ offerings within a portfolio of existing accounts.
The role involves strategic sales engagements with customers in the Regional Bank Segment, discovering and articulating business needs, identifying key issues, and delivering tailored solutions. The consultant is expected to craft persuasive pitches and presentations, guide complex projects to successful completion, and develop intellectual capital through thought leadership.
Moreover, the consultant is required to collaborate across teams to deliver innovative solutions that integrate Mastercard Services’ capabilities seamlessly. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, an advanced degree is preferred, and a strong background in payments, ideally with direct experience in Regional Banks or selling to them.

The national salary range for this role is $139,000-$222,000, and the successful candidate is eligible for a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
