Personal & Commercial Banking
The Banking Associate role is a key position within TD’s Personal & Commercial Banking line of business. The associate will be responsible for accurately completing everyday banking transactions, providing advice and educational support on services, products, and tools to help customers achieve their financial goals. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of customer service experience, and strong organizational and communication skills. Previous teller experience and a Notary License are preferred but not required.
Depth & Scope of the Role
The Banking Associate will perform a wide range of tasks across multiple areas within a store location. These tasks include processing customer transactions, opening new accounts, and providing customers with advice and guidance on all banking products and services.
Physical Requirements & Additional Information
The role may involve some domestic travel, and requires the ability to perform multiple tasks, operate standard office equipment, and respond quickly to sounds. The Banker should be comfortable performing sedentary work, sitting, standing, and walking frequently, and moving safely in confined spaces occasionally. They must also be proficient in Microsoft Office and have the ability to concentrate for long periods of time.
