In your capacity as an Analyst, Fund Banker, you will be expected to advise Private Equity & Venture Capital Firms on a wide range of topics, including Banking, Lending solutions, and Cash Management, in collaboration with local coverage markets. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of Investments, Credit, and Banking, allowing you to provide well-rounded advice to current clients while also showcasing the capabilities of the Private Bank.

Job Responsibilities

Your daily responsibilities will include managing and maintaining relationships with a large number of clients, delivering targeted advice based on their unique needs, and developing thoughtful solutions to ensure an exceptional client experience.

You will also be expected to advise clients on their overall balance sheet, including asset allocation, investment management, wealth planning, credit, and banking needs. This will involve generating client referrals, acquiring new assets from the existing client base, and working proactively to re-engage with clients and introduce the Fund Banking Group’s services.

In the long term, it will be your responsibility to ensure that proposed solutions align with the client’s short, medium, and long-term needs, adhering strictly to risk and control policies, regulatory guidelines, and security measures.

Qualifications, Capabilities, Skills

Successful applicants will have 1-2+ years of work experience in Private Banking or Financial Services, and a Bachelor’s Degree. While Series 7, 66 unlicensed candidates will be considered, they will be required to obtain licenses within 90 days of the start date.

Proven sales success, strong business acumen, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment are integral to the role. A strong focus on the client experience and a tireless commitment to the client’s behalf is essential.

Preferred qualifications include proactive problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and presentation skills, strong organizational skills, and in-depth knowledge of the Equity and Fixed income markets and Alternative Investments.
