Key Responsibilities of a Banking Consultant at Magnifi Financial
The Banking Consultant plays an instrumental role in assisting members with all routine transactions, including teller machine transactions. They are responsible for providing a remarkable member experience by responding to and providing resolutions to member requests with expertise.
They also consult with members to identify their financial needs and recommend suitable Magnifi Financial products and services. This includes making referrals to appropriate departments as needed. The Banking Consultant also handles the maintenance of cash drawers, cash recyclers, and the operation of ATM machines, including deposit and restocking.
Furthermore, they perform a wide range of account services. These include setting up mobile deposit, mobile banking and digital banking, credit and debit card activation, debit card inquiries, transfers, funding loans, handling debit card inquiries, address changes, stop payments, transfers, check orders, and more.
The Banking Consultant plays a pivotal role in transforming the way banking is done by encouraging and coaching members to adopt new digital solutions like mobile banking, digital banking, and ATMs. They also contribute to the mission and visibility of Magnifi Financial by actively participating in community relations efforts.
The Required Experience and Education
To qualify for this position, one needs a high school diploma or should be currently pursuing one. A two-year degree is preferred. Customer service and/or sales experience is also required. Notary Public designation in this position is optional.
