About TD and the Banking Associate Position

TD is now looking to recruit a Banking Associate in Wilmington, Delaware, United States of America. The position is part-time, with a working commitment of 20 hours per week. The pay scale for the role is $22.00 – $27.75 USD, with the actual base pay offered possibly varying based upon the candidate’s skills and experience, job-related knowledge, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs. Role Overview and Responsibilities
The Banking Associate plays a key role in delivering TD’s brand promise at a store location. This role is accountable for accurately completing everyday banking transactions and providing advice and educational support on services, products, and tools to help customers achieve their financial goals. The role involves a wide range of tasks, including processing customer transactions, opening new accounts and educating customers on all banking products and services. The Banking Associate will also be responsible for providing consultative support, advocating with proactive insights and recommendations, and using TD’s systems and tools to engage with customers to attract and deepen relationships.
Education and Experience
The ideal candidate for the Banking Associate position should at least have a high school diploma or GED. Additionally, the candidate should have at least one year of experience working with customers in any capacity. This experience can also be demonstrated through volunteering, education, or military experience. Other preferred qualifications include excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, demonstrated effective problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
