Seeking a Data-Driven Product Manager
Capital One’s Small Business Bank is currently hunting for a data-driven Product Manager for its Growth team, which stands at the crucial intersection of Marketing and Digital Acquisitions. The chosen candidate will be responsible for leading the product strategy for the bank’s public-facing web presence, guaranteeing a smooth, personalized, and frictionless journey from prospect to customer.
The Product Manager’s role involves leading the vision, strategy, and execution of a tailored, digital front door by using customer data to ensure the experience reflects the customer’s identity and how they found the bank. The role also entails focusing on optimizing the initial stages of the customer journey by reducing unintended friction and fostering a culture of rapid experimentation through incremental builds to test hypotheses, learn quickly, and scale what works.
