Working Arrangement and Compensation

This role is hybrid, with 3 days per week spent working in-office at either McLean, VA or Richmond, VA, and the remainder of the week working virtually. The compensation package is competitive, with the minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role varying according to location. Performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI), is also a part of the package.
