Responsibilities of a Banking Integration Senior Product Manager

The Banking Integration Senior Product Manager plays a vital role in co-creating and driving the banking product strategy in partnership with senior leaders. They deliver a multi-year, multi-segment roadmap that equips branch teams and clients with the products, tools, and support needed to meet evolving needs.

This role involves embedding banking capabilities into advisor and client workflows to create a cohesive experience that improves financial outcomes and strengthens the overall experience. They are also responsible for leading banking integration and innovation initiatives, in partnership with cross-functional teams, from strategy through execution, ensuring strong alignment, clear prioritization, and timely delivery.

Moreover, they maintain deep knowledge of partner products, market trends, cross-industry solutions, and regulatory dynamics to inform strategy, ensure competitive positioning, and identify opportunities for innovation and experience improvement. Position Requirements

This role requires 10+ years of relevant, non-technical experience such as product strategy/development, product management, client experience strategy, or innovation. A minimum of 6+ years of relevant financial services or related experience is also required. A Bachelor’s degree with a quantitative discipline is preferred (finance, economics, accounting, business); Advanced Degrees or relevant industry designation(s) are preferred.

Functional Knowledge

The Banking Integration Senior Product Manager should have the capability to drive independent workstreams and plan, organize, and prioritize across multiple bodies of work.
