Hours and Pay Details

This part-time position requires 20 hours per week. The pay ranges from 23.75 to 31.00 USD per hour. TD is committed to providing fair and equitable compensation opportunities to all colleagues. The base pay offered may vary based on the candidate’s skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and geographic location.

Role and Responsibilities

The Banking Associate will play a key role in delivering TD’s Brand promise at a store location. This role involves processing customer transactions, opening new accounts, and educating customers on banking products and services. The associate will be responsible for understanding customer financial needs and offering advice on products and services.

Qualifications and Skills

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service experience. Other preferred qualifications include teller experience, strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A Notary License is also preferred.

Physical Requirements

The job includes sedentary work and performing multiple tasks. The associate will also need to operate standard office equipment, respond quickly to sounds, and have the ability to concentrate for long periods of time.
