Key Responsibilities
As the Senior Associate, Email Marketing Strategist, you will have a variety of key responsibilities. These include:
- Collaborating with the Email Marketing Strategy lead to plan and implement email campaigns for existing checking customers.
- Establishing a strong testing platform to identify new opportunities for customer engagement.
- Analyzing campaign performance to shape engagement strategies and optimize the email marketing program.
- Managing the creative development process for various campaigns.
- Coordinating with internal teams, including business partners, creative, legal, and compliance to ensure flawless and timely execution of campaigns.
- Maintaining a deep understanding of email best practices and continuously seeking new ideas to improve customer experience.

Qualifications
The qualifications for this role include:
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email.
- At least 2 years of experience in planning, executing, and analyzing marketing programs.
- At least 2 years of experience managing creative processes and partnering with creative teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred qualifications for this role include:
- 1+ year of developing Marketing Strategies leveraging SalesForce Marketing Cloud.
- Experience with Workfront.
- 3+ years of experience in email marketing.
- 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience in marketing for financial services or another highly regulated industry.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
- Experience at a digital marketing agency.
Salary and Benefits
The annual salary for this role varies by location, ranging from $87,700 to $120,100 for a full-time Senior Associate, Marketing. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. The role is also eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
