Join our Personal & Commercial Banking Team as a Banking Associate
As a Banking Associate working 20 hours a week, you will play a key role in delivering TD’s Brand promise at our store location. By accurately completing everyday banking transactions and providing advice and educational support on services, products, and tools, you will help our customers achieve their financial goals. Our pay range is $22.00 – $27.75 USD, and the specific base pay offered may vary based on your skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and geographic location.
What Does the Role Entail?
As a Banking Associate, you will perform a wide range of tasks across multiple areas within our store location. These tasks include processing customer transactions, opening new accounts, and educating customers on all banking products and services. You will deliver end-to-end advice customers expect by building trust with educational content & tools, providing consultative support, and advocating with proactive insights & recommendations. Utilizing TD’s systems and tools, you will engage with customers to acquire and deepen relationships by providing advice and guidance.
Who is the Ideal Candidate?
The ideal candidate for the Banking Associate role possesses a high school diploma or GED, has at least 1 year of experience working with customers, and displays excellent customer service skills. Previous teller experience is preferred, and the ability to work during operating hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled is required. Strong organization skills, effective problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are among the skills we value. A Notary License is preferred but not required.
