Role of a Principal Associate, MarTech Content Specialist
The Consumer Bank Marketing Technology group is seeking a results-oriented team player with experience in using content management systems (CMS) to join Capital One as a Principal Associate, MarTech Content Specialist. This role will be responsible for collaborating with Bank marketing and product teams to design, build, update, and launch pages across the Bank’s website. Such pages will address the ever-changing needs of the business while capitalizing on the full features and benefits of our CMS capabilities.
Responsibilities of the Role
As a Principal Associate, MarTech Content Specialist, one has to become a subject matter expert on Capital One’s enterprise CMS platform. The role requires strategically developing and aligning projects to enhance efficiency in the way the enterprise CMS is utilized. It also involves uncovering ways to automate processes and exploring AI usage.
Other responsibilities include working with stakeholders to determine web page needs and consulting on best solutions, working within CMS to update and build web pages, and collaborating with other functional areas within the organization and with external groups, including vendor management. Quality assurance checks on web page updates, showcasing learnings and successes through well-refined communication and presentation skills, and serving as a key liaison for and collaborate with cross-functional teams are also part of the role.
