Job Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of a Relationship Executive within the Healthcare Services Banking team is to grow and retain profitable relationships within the Healthcare Services Banking target space. The focus is on companies within a specific industry, with sales ranging from $20 million to $2 billion. As a Relationship Executive, you will also champion a culture of innovation and a customer-centric mindset. Staying up-to-date with industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation or strategic partnerships is also a part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will need to find ways to drive efficiency with existing technical infrastructure through automation while embracing innovative opportunities offered by new technologies.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Applicants for the Relationship Executive role should have at least 8+ years of experience in a similar banking role or credit/lending related experience, with proven performance results. A deep understanding of Commercial Banking products and services is essential, along with the ability to mobilize internal networks and resources. Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines are also required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial, as well as strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partners. Applicants must hold FINRA Series 79, 63, and Securities Industry Essentials licenses, or must be able to obtain them within 180 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

While these are not mandatory, having a Bachelor’s degree and formal credit training is preferred. Sales management and business development skills, proficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationships, strong creative solution and problem-solving abilities, excellent business judgment and strategic thinking are highly desirable. Self-directed, proactive, and creative individuals who use sound judgment and navigate ambiguity to get things done are often successful in this role. Flexibility to changing business priorities and the ability to multitask is also a plus.
