The Team Behind Bank Modernization at Capital One

As a Product Manager in the Bank Modernization team at Capital One, you will be at the helm of reimagining our Consumer Bank to create game-changing customer experiences and business outcomes. Your role will be to build platforms and services that deliver real-time data at scale, and execute the strategy for future platforms that will power real-time, intelligent capabilities. This will enable the Bank to release products at an unprecedented speed, helping to shape our future bank.

Your responsibilities will also extend to the Core Data team, where you will lead a dedicated tech team to define, design, and deliver the next generation of services to enable data consumers. This journey, although long, is an exciting opportunity for inquisitive, strategic, and thought leaders to build our future bank.

Qualifications for the Role

As for the basic qualifications, at least 3 years of experience working in Product Management is required. Additionally, you must either have or be in the process of obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field like Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related field. Alternatively, you could have a Master’s Degree in the same fields or an MBA with a quantitative concentration.

Preferred qualifications include experience in translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
