Recognizing Top-Producing Young Financial Advisors

Each year, Financial Planning acknowledges the exceptional achievements of the industry’s top-producing young financial advisors at both wirehouses and regional firms. This year, the advisors who secured a spot on the Top 40 Regional Brokers Under 40 list collectively generated nearly $102.5 million in total annual revenue, a figure that remains relatively stable compared to the previous year.

On average, each advisor on the list produced close to $2.56 million in trailing 12-month production from October 1, 2024, to September 30, 2025. Despite a slight dip in production, the group managed to increase the assets they collectively managed by nearly 19%, reaching a total of $21.4 billion.

A note on our methodology: Nominees for the rankings were required to be age 39 or younger by December 31, 2025, and affiliated with a wealth management firm in its employee channel. The production totals used for ranking purposes were verified by each broker’s employer, and the reported trailing 12-month production and AUM figures were current as of September 30, 2025.
