Business Banking Onboarding Advisor I: An Exciting Opportunity
We are currently looking for a Business Banking Onboarding Advisor to join our Digital Solutions Abiliti implementation team. The role requires a unique blend of skills, including client management, project execution, and a deep understanding of business banking products. The position will involve leading client implementations, providing training, consulting, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Responsibilities
As a Business Banking Onboarding Advisor, you will be expected to lead multiple implementation projects with defined timelines, act as a liaison between various parties, and maintain a thorough understanding of Fiserv products and services. As a subject matter expert, you’ll be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting business banking features, engaging with clients on potential process changes, and guiding other Implementation Analysts with their projects. Other duties include providing after-hours support, defining implementation procedures, and leading initiatives designed to drive efficiencies.
Job Qualifications
The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Computer Science, or Management Information Systems, or have equivalent experience. A minimum of 6 years of experience with Commercial/Business Banking and 5 years of customer-facing projects or client support roles is also required. Proficiency in core computer skills and strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential for this role.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Fiserv core or Online Banking, project management skills, basic networking and data communication understanding, and a PMP certification would be advantageous.
