For example, the annual salary for a Sr. Manager, Software Engineering, ranges from $229,900 to $262,400 in McLean, VA, and $209,000 to $238,500 in Richmond, VA. This role is also eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
