You will also engage in the Schwab Service Academy (SSA), a platform that provides paid training, study time, and support to obtain your Securities Industry Essentials and FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses.
Compensation and Growth Opportunities
The company offers a competitive pay and bonus package. The starting compensation begins at $51,400.00 during the training period, plus an annual bonus opportunity. Employees have the potential to increase their total compensation to $58,740.00 within their first year upon obtaining the required Licenses and achieving performance-based pay increases.
