As a member of our team, you’ll be educated on a wide range of topics including investment strategies, trading tools, market mechanics, and retirement choices. We provide the support and training you need to excel in this role, including attending the Schwab Service Academy (SSA). SSA provides paid training, study time, and the support you need to obtain your Securities Industry Essentials and FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses.

Compensation and Benefits

We believe in rewarding our employees for their hard work and dedication. We offer a competitive pay and bonus package, with the potential for performance-based pay increases. The starting compensation for this position begins at $51,400.00 during training, with the potential to increase to $58,740.00 within the first year upon obtaining the required licenses and meeting performance goals.

That’s not all, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes a 401(k) with company match, an Employee stock purchase plan, paid time for vacation and volunteering, and a 28-day sabbatical after every five years of service for eligible positions. Plus, health, dental, and vision insurance.

Qualifications

While finance expertise is a bonus, it’s not a requirement. We’ve seen people from a variety of backgrounds find tremendous success at Schwab. What’s most important is a growth mindset, a willingness to learn, and a passion for serving others. We’re looking for individuals who can work a variety of shifts, including overnight and weekends, to serve our clients 24/7.

Preferred qualifications include previous customer service experience, the ability to adapt to changes in the market and business, a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or related field, and robust communication skills.
