A Dynamic Opportunity to Shape Your Future with Schwab

Are you passionate about finance and customer service? Do you thrive in environments that foster innovation, creative problem-solving, and constant learning? If so, a lucrative opportunity awaits you at Schwab. With the mantra of “challenging the status quo,” Schwab has positioned itself as a transformative force in the finance industry, and you can be a part of this revolution. In this role, you will be an integral part of Schwab’s service team, the heart of the firm’s commitment to empowering clients to take charge of their financial futures. Here is the opportunity to make a significant impact on your career and the lives of others.

Empowering You to Empower Clients

Working at Schwab isn’t just about clocking in and out. It’s about making a difference. By answering inbound calls and tackling complex issues, you will be the advocate that our clients need, guiding them through investment strategies, trading tools, market mechanics, and retirement choices. You will take ownership of your interactions, striving to offer the best possible solutions to our clients.

Your Journey to Professional Excellence

Schwab is committed to nurturing your professional growth. As part of your journey with us, you will attend the Schwab Service Academy (SSA), a paid training program designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to excel in the finance industry. The program includes paid study time and support to help you obtain your Securities Industry Essentials and FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses.

Compensation and Benefits

At Schwab, we believe in rewarding our employees for their hard work and dedication. The starting compensation for this role begins at $54,100 during training, with the potential to increase to $61,710 within the first year, upon obtaining the required licensing and achieving performance-based pay increases. We also offer an annual bonus opportunity of 10% of your base pay and other eligible earnings.

Qualifications

While a background in finance is beneficial, it is not a requirement for this role. What matters most to us is your willingness to learn, your passion for serving others, and your ability to adapt to changes in the market and business. A bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or a related field from an accredited university is preferred.

What’s in it for You?

At Schwab, our employees are our most valuable asset. We offer a competitive benefits package that includes a 401(k) with a company match, an Employee stock purchase plan, paid vacation and volunteer time, a 28-day sabbatical after every five years of service for eligible positions, paid parental leave and family building benefits, tuition reimbursement, and health, dental, and vision insurance.

Join Schwab today and take the first step in shaping your future. At Schwab, you’re not just an employee; you’re a catalyst for change.
