The Schwab Service Academy
At Schwab, employees are in charge of their professional journey. This is made possible through the Schwab Service Academy, which provides paid training, study time, and support to obtain your Securities Industry Essentials and FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses.
Competitive Compensation
Schwab offers a competitive pay and bonus package. This includes a starting compensation of $51,400 during training, plus an annual bonus opportunity of 10% of your base pay. There is also potential to increase total compensation to $58,740 within the first year upon obtaining the required licensing and achieving performance-based pay increases.
Additional Benefits
For those who are willing to work evening, overnight, and weekend shifts, there is up to 20% additional compensation depending on the shift.

Requirements
Applicants should have the ability to work Monday through Friday during Schwab’s training program. After the training is complete, the ability to work assigned shifts to accommodate business needs is required. Benefits of working evenings, overnight, and weekend shifts include increased compensation and remote work opportunities for qualifying shifts.
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include previous customer service or client relationship experience, a Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university, and the ability to adapt to changes in the market and business. A passion for providing service to clients, motivation to learn about the securities industry, robust communication skills, and a desire to be part of a supportive and collaborative team are also desirable.
