An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate, data-driven professional to join the dynamic Retail Bank Marketing team in the role of Sr. Associate, Experimentation Project Manager.
The Mission
The primary goal of this role is to embed experimentation as a core component of marketing strategy. The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert and cross-functional collaborator, steering this mission by designing the necessary processes and roadmap.
More than being the architect of the experimentation program, this role calls for the ability to weave the narrative of our learnings. You will be tasked with distilling results from across the marketing landscape to answer key questions: What have we done? What’s working and what’s not? Most importantly, how will these insights shape our strategy moving forward?
Key Responsibilities
The Sr. Associate, Experimentation Project Manager will have a range of responsibilities that center around driving data-based decision making in marketing:
- Working closely with channel and campaign strategy teams throughout the experimentation lifecycle.
- Developing and maintaining a detailed roadmap of all marketing experiments, ensuring visibility into ongoing and upcoming tests.
- Guiding marketing tests from hypothesis to conclusion, including test design, setup, coordination with cross-functional partners and result validation.
- Synthesizing cross-channel learnings to create the overarching narrative of our experimentation program and directly inform future marketing strategy.
- Empowering marketing teams with actionable intelligence, ensuring insights are understood, adopted, and integrated into the planning process.
- Ensuring strategic alignment between individual experiments and broader business goals.
Qualifications
Basic qualifications for this position include at least two years of experience in a marketing, analytics, or project management role, hands-on experience with testing methodologies such as A/B testing and multivariate testing, and communication or stakeholder management responsibilities.
Preferred qualifications include experience in the financial services or banking industry, familiarity with experimentation platforms and analytics tools, understanding of experimental design principles and statistical significance, as well as experience in presenting strategic narratives to diverse audiences and managing multiple complex projects simultaneously in a cross-functional environment.
