Join Schwab’s Vibrant Service Team

The service team at Schwab is a vital part of the firm’s commitment towards helping clients to secure their financial futures. As a member of this team, you’d play a pivotal role in educating clients about investment strategies, trading tools, market mechanics, and retirement choices. You’d be responsible for answering inbound calls, tackling complex issues, and offering the best possible solutions for our clients.

This opportunity is a remarkable fit for individuals eager to pursue a career in finance, enjoy working in a team setting, and have a passion for serving clients.

Compensation and Benefits

The company offers a competitive pay and bonus package. Starting compensation begins at $52,800 during training, with an annual bonus opportunity of 10% of your base pay and other eligible earnings. Employees have the potential to increase their total compensation to $60,280 within their first year, upon obtaining the required licensing and achieving performance-based pay increases.

What Schwab is Looking For

Prior financial expertise isn’t a prerequisite for success at Schwab. The company values a growth mindset, a willingness to learn, and a passion for serving others. Required qualifications include the ability to work full time on-site during Schwab’s training program (SSA) and flexibility to work various shifts, including overnights and weekends, to serve our clients 24/7.

Preferred qualifications include previous customer service and client relationship experience, a bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or related field, and an ability to adapt to changes in the market and business. A strong desire to learn about finance, passion for service to clients, robust communication and client engagement skills, and success in navigating multiple computer applications is also highly desirable.

What’s in it for you?

Schwab goes beyond just offering a competitive pay. The company provides a comprehensive benefits package that takes care of employees both today and in the future. This includes a 401(k) with company match, an Employee stock purchase plan, paid vacation time, volunteering opportunities, and a 28-day sabbatical after every five years of service for eligible positions.
