The internship will take place in the heart of the financial world, New York City, and will be a full-time role, with a workweek of 40 hours. The pay scale for this program ranges from $21.75 to $27.00 USD per hour.

Job Description and Responsibilities
The Summer Intern will support the development and execution of various work projects, which are aimed at fulfilling the Business’s goals. The intern will embody TD’s Shared Commitments and customer-focused culture. They will function as an Account Manager Intern and will be exposed to all specialties: Healthcare, Higher Ed, Not for Profit, & Municipal Finance. Their responsibilities will include supporting lenders and underwriters across tasks such as pipeline management, market research, data collection for portfolio management, and other ad hoc tasks.

Education & Experience Required
The ideal candidate for this internship should be pursuing a post-secondary degree in business-related disciplines. They should have knowledge of Microsoft tools, excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Other essential skills include leadership qualities, strong written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks independently and collaboratively. Candidates must have work authorization in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for employer sponsorship. Graduation between December 2026 – June 2027 is preferred.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
The role involves occasional domestic travel, continuous performance of sedentary work and multitasking, frequent use of standard office equipment, and responding quickly to sounds. The candidate will be required to perform tasks that involve sitting, standing, walking, and occasional lifting/carrying of items under 25 lbs.
