The Role of the Senior Manager in Product Management
As the Senior Manager, Product Management, you will hold the reins of the strategy and delivery of customer-facing open banking experiences for Small Business card customers. Your role will enable customers to share their external bank data with COF (Capital One Financial Corporation), thus driving improved experiences and smarter business decision-making.
You will work closely with various teams and partners across the enterprise, including product, engineering, business & credit, marketing, and legal partners, to bring these experiences to life and shape the open banking roadmap. In the current dynamic market and regulatory landscape, your adaptability and fungibility will enable you to continually meet customer and business needs, taking care of data scaling within the COF ecosystem while being a responsible custodian of customer data.

Qualifications
The basic qualifications for this role include at least 5 years of experience working in Product Management and a Bachelor’s, Master’s degree, or an MBA in a quantitative field. Preferred qualifications include experience in translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
The annual salary ranges for this role differ based on location, with the potential to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
