Banking behemoth JPMorgan Chase offers a dynamic and challenging role within its Consumer and Community Bank (CCB) Corporate Development Integrations team. As a Vice President, you will have the opportunity to influence and drive the strategic direction of the firm’s consumer lines of business, including the Consumer Bank, Business Bank, Wealth Management, Card Services, Connected Commerce, Home Lending, and Auto Lending.

The Corporate Development team plays a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s overall growth strategy. By establishing strategic partnerships, making acquisitions, and overseeing investments, these dedicated professionals ensure that JPMorgan Chase continues to meet the ever-evolving needs of its customers within a rapidly transforming financial services landscape.

As part of this team, the Corporate Development Integrations Vice President is tasked with the crucial responsibility of integrating partner companies into JPMorgan Chase. This involves leading multi-year integration programs and collaborating with business and functional leaders across the organization to execute integration plans.

Job Responsibilities and Expectations

In this role, your main responsibilities will include overseeing the planning and execution of Day 1 integration across various corporate functions, providing thought leadership to support corporate development and integration initiatives, and leading Integration Management Office (IMO) activities. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing integration strategies, championing change management initiatives, serving as the primary point of contact for integration communications, and managing the development and execution of multi-month integration plans and corporate development projects.

You will be expected to have a strategic vision, advanced analytical and presentation skills, and a proven track record of managing complex integrations and presenting to senior executives. Your ability to inspire cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals will be integral to your success in this role. Additionally, your responsibilities will extend to mentoring and developing junior team members and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

For this role, you are required to have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, and at least 6 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate development, or corporate strategy. You must demonstrate experience leading complex integrations, strategic initiatives, or large-scale projects. Your analytical skills should be advanced, and you should have a proven ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. Additionally, you should have exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications include an MBA or advanced degree, familiarity with business integration processes and strategies, knowledge of industry trends and best practices in corporate development, and familiarity with the Credit Card / Payments industry.
