Join Our Business Banking Team

As a part of the Business Banking team, you will work closely with our clients to create comprehensive financial solutions. You will help our clients finance their growth, manage cash flow, increase efficiency, and mitigate risk. As a Relationship Manager, you will manage and grow a portfolio of Commercial Banking clients. Your role will involve developing new business opportunities in the community and ensuring the day-to-day banking needs of our clients are met at the highest level. You will become a strategic partner for our clients, offering flexible business solutions, dedicated business expertise, and timely business advice to help them realize their goals.

How You’ll Succeed

Relationship Building

Your role as a Relationship Manager will involve developing new client relationships through business development activities. You will leverage referral sources, existing clients, and centers of influence, and actively monitor and manage these relationships. By fully understanding our clients’ goals and the status of their businesses, you’ll be able to provide meaningful input and support.

Teamwork

In addition to building relationships with clients, you’ll also work with internal partners to connect clients with opportunities. You’ll be committed to building a profile in the local business community, using that profile to build effective working relationships with new and existing clients as well as internal partners.

Client Experience

Ensuring a superior client experience is paramount. You’ll proactively assess your clients’ needs and propose solutions to meet those needs. Your interaction with assigned clients will be key in facilitating prompt responses to questions, inquiries, or issues, providing “best in class” service. You’ll apply your industry and company knowledge to the development of client/prospect proposals for financial and strategic solutions.

Who You Are

Our ideal candidate puts our clients first, engaging with the purpose of finding the right solutions. You’re willing to go the extra mile because it’s the right thing to do. You have demonstrated experience in Commercial or Business Banking, and a solid understanding of financial statements and account principles. You have experience managing the credit quality of a portfolio of commercial banking clients with credit needs in the $500K-$10MM range and/or complex cash management requirements.

You act like an owner, thriving when you’re empowered to take the initiative, go beyond, and deliver results. You have a degree/diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
