Position Overview
The Banking Associate is a key professional in delivering TD’s brand promise at the store location. The role involves accurately completing banking transactions, providing advice, and offering educational support on banking services, products, and tools to help customers achieve their financial goals. Qualifications and Skills
Applicants should have at least a high school diploma or GED and one year of experience working with customers. This experience can be demonstrated through volunteering, education, or military service. Teller experience, customer service skills, and a notary license are all preferred. Candidates should also possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, effective problem-solving skills, and a strong ability to schedule and prioritize work. Responsibilities
The Banking Associate will play a critical role in providing legendary customer service while transacting, promoting, educating, and referring TD products to new and existing customers. The associate will manage wait times, engage in lobby leadership, understand and support the Bank’s customer service strategy, and ensure tasks are performed within established policy and procedures. The work environment includes occasional domestic travel and frequent sedentary work. The associate will be performing multiple tasks, operating standard office equipment, and responding quickly to sounds.
