The Role
The Banking Associate is a crucial part of TD’s team, ensuring that customers receive the legendary service TD is known for. The role involves processing daily banking transactions accurately, providing advice and educational support on services, products, and tools, and helping customers achieve their financial goals.
The associate will be expected to perform a wide range of tasks within the store location, including processing customer transactions and opening new accounts. The role also involves engaging with customers, providing financial advice, and deepening relationships through lead management activities. The ideal candidate will be proactive in identifying customer financial needs and advocating for TD’s products and services.
Experience & Skills
TD is looking for candidates with at least a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of one year of customer service experience. Teller experience is preferred, but not required. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, effective problem-solving abilities, and a proven ability to work independently and within deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also required, and a Notary License is preferred. The ideal candidate will also have demonstrated customer service skills, an ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and a strong sense of organization.
Compensation & Benefits
The Banking Associate role is a full-time position offering 40 hours per week. The pay range for this role is $22.00 – $27.75 USD per hour.
