Competitive Compensation and Growth Opportunities
At Schwab, the firm believes in rewarding its employees for their hard work and dedication. The starting compensation begins at $52,800 during the training period, with an annual bonus opportunity of 10% of your base pay and other eligible earnings. Upon obtaining the required licensing and achieving performance-based pay increases, employees have the potential to increase their total compensation to $60,280 within their first year.

Qualifications and Requirements
The role requires the ability to work full time on-site during Schwab’s training program (SSA), followed by a hybrid work schedule. The candidate should also be able to work various shifts to serve Schwab’s clients 24/7, including overnight and weekend availability.
Preferred Qualifications
While previous customer service and client relationship experience are preferred, these are not strictly necessary. A bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or a related field is desirable. The successful candidate should have the ability to adapt to changes in the market and business and demonstrate a strong desire to learn about finance and the securities industry. Robust communication, influencing, and client engagement skills are also essential, along with the motivation to be part of a supportive and collaborative team.
