Competitive Compensation Package
Schwab offers a competitive pay and bonus package, with starting compensation at $52,800 during training. This could increase based on your experience. Additionally, there is an annual bonus opportunity of 10% of your base pay and other eligible earnings. Employees also have the potential to increase their total compensation to $60,280 within their first year upon obtaining the required licensing and achieving performance-based pay increases.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
There are certain qualifications required for the role. These include the ability to work full time on-site during Schwab’s training program (SSA), followed by a hybrid work schedule and the ability to work various shifts to serve the clients 24/7, including overnight and weekend availability. Preferred qualifications include previous customer service and client relationship experience, a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or related field from an accredited university, the ability to adapt to changes in the market and business, a desire to learn about finance, robust communication skills, and the motivation to be part of a supportive and collaborative team.
