Qualifications and Requirements
To thrive in this role, there are certain qualifications and requirements you need to meet. These include the ability to work full time on-site during Schwab’s training program (SSA) and to accommodate a hybrid work schedule thereafter. You should also be prepared to work various shifts, including overnight and weekends, to serve our clients 24/7.
Preferred Qualifications
Some preferred qualifications include previous customer service experience, client relationship experience, and a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or a related field from an accredited university. Furthermore, you should possess the ability to adapt to changes in the market and business, an eagerness to learn about finance, and robust communication, influencing, and client engagement skills. A desire to be part of a supportive and collaborative team and demonstrated success navigating multiple computer applications will also stand you in good stead.
