Frontend Team at Anchorage Digital
The frontend team at Anchorage Digital is responsible for four key areas of our product surface – the KYC onboarding application, the internal web dashboard, and the external facing client dashboard. We constantly work to add new functionality, support existing functionality, and optimize each of these codebases.

- Finding the right balance between progress (i.e. shipping quickly) and perfection (i.e. measuring twice).
- Working on the front lines of the blockchain/crypto movement and SecOps innovation.
- Shipping code that will impact the global economy.
Organizational Knowledge
- Fostering an efficient deterministic testing culture, with an emphasis on minimizing tech debt and bureaucracy.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with everyone.
- Reviewing code across the entire stack and engineering organization while actively participating in product development.
- Helping scale the team.
Communication and Influence
- Influencing architecture/product roadmap – have a seat at the table.
Who Should Join Us?
If you have real world experience building web applications/UI from scratch, have mastered at least one JavaScript framework (ex. React.Js, Angular.Js, Vue.Js, Ember, etc.), and care about code quality and test infrastructure, you may be the perfect fit for this role. We also value those who prioritize end-user experience and business value over “cool tech”.
